NOW the publicans and sinners drew near unto him to hear him.

A faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into this world to save sinners, of whom I am the chief.

And when the wicked turneth himself away from his wickedness, which he hath wrought, and doeth judgment and justice, he shall save his soul alive.

Now the law entered in, that sin might abound. And where sin abounded, grace did more abound.

And all the people hearing, and the publicans, justified God, being baptized with John's baptism.

And behold, they are last that shall be first; and they are first that shall be last.

For if you love them that love you, what reward shall you have? do not even the publicans this?
