As the sacrifice for sin is offered, so is also that for a trespass: the same shall be the law of both these sacrifices. It shall belong to the priest that offereth it.

Know you not, that they who work in the holy place, eat the things that are of the holy place; and they that serve the altar, partake with the altar?

He shall immolate the lamb, where the victim for sin is wont to be immolated, and the holocaust, that is, in the holy place. For as that which is for sin, so also the victim for a trespass-offering pertaineth to the priest: it is holy of holies.

Behold Israel according to the flesh: are not they, that eat of the sacrifices, partakers of the altar?

And therefore it shall not be leavened, because part thereof is offered for the burnt sacrifice of the Lord. It shall be most holy, as that which is offered for sin and for trespass.

The priest that offereth the victim of holocaust shall have the skin thereof.

But the money for trespass, and the money for sins, they brought not into the temple of the Lord, because it was for the priests.

And the remnant of the sacrifice shall be Aaron's, and his sons': holy of holies of the offerings of the Lord.

And whatsoever is left shall be Aaron's, and his sons' holy of holies of the offerings of the Lord.

But if there be no one to receive it, they shall give it to the Lord, and it shall be the priest's: besides the ram that is offered for expiation, to be an atoning sacrifice.

Then Hazael king of Syria went up and fought against Geth, and took it and set his face to go up to Jerusalem.
