For the breast that is elevated and the shoulder that is separated I have taken of the children of Israel, from off their victims of peace-offerings: and have given them to Aaron the priest, and to his sons, by a law for ever, from all the people of Israel.

Thou shalt take also the breast of the ram, wherewith Aaron was consecrated, and elevating it thou shalt sanctify it before the Lord: and it shall fall to thy share.

But the first-fruits, which the children of Israel shall vow and offer, I have given to thee, and to thy sons, and to thy daughters, by a perpetual law. He that is clean in thy house shall eat them.

This shall be the priest's due from the people, and from them that offer victims. Whether they sacrifice an ox, or a sheep, they shall give to the priest the shoulder and the breast:
