But the fat he shall burn upon it, as is wont to be done with the victims of peace-offerings. And the priest shall pray for him, and for his sin: and it shall be forgiven him.

All the fat also he shall take off, as the fat of the ram that is offered for peace-offerings is wont to be taken away: and shall burn it upon the altar, for a burnt sacrifice of the Lord. And he shall pray for him and for his sin, and it shall be forgiven him.

But this man offering one sacrifice for sins, for ever sitteth on the right hand of God,

Neither by the blood of goats, or of calves, but by his own blood, entered once into the holies, having obtained eternal redemption.

Who being the brightness of his glory, and the figure of his substance, and upholding all things by the word of his power, making purgation of sins, sitteth on the right hand of the majesty on high.

And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath delivered himself for us, an oblation and a sacrifice to God for an odour of sweetness.

And behold a voice from heaven, saying: This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

And the Lord was pleased to bruise him in infirmity. If he shall lay down his life for sin, he shall see a long-lived seed: and the will of the Lord shall be prosperous in his hand.

And the Lord was willing to sanctify him, and to magnify the law and exalt it.

Take unto you therefore seven oxen, and seven rams, and go to my servant Job, and offer for yourselves a holocaust. And my servant Job shall pray for you. His face I will accept, that folly be not imputed to you: for you have not spoken right things before me, as my servant Job hath.

And let them offer oblations to the God of heaven, and pray for the life of the king, and of his children.

Having first washed the entrails, and the feet, and the whole ram together he burnt upon the altar: because it was a holocaust of most sweet odour to the Lord, as he had commanded him.

And shall bring it to the sons of Aaron the priests: and one of them shall take a handful of the flour and oil, and all the frankincense; and shall put it a memorial upon the altar for a most sweet savour to the Lord.

And when he hath offered it, he shall take a memorial out of the sacrifice, and burn it upon the altar for a sweet savour to the Lord.

And offer of the flocks an ewe lamb, or a she-goat, and the priest shall pray for him and for his sin

And the other he shall burn for a holocaust, as is wont to be done. And the priest shall pray for him, and for his sin, and it shall be forgiven him.

Who shall offer one for sin, and the other for a holocaust: and he shall pray for him before the Lord, that he may be cleansed of the issue of his seed.

And the priest shall pray for him and for his sin before the Lord: and he shall have mercy on him, and the sin shall be forgiven.

And the priest shall pray for all the multitude of the children of Israel: and it shall be forgiven them, because they sinned ignorantly, offering notwithstanding a burnt-offering to the Lord for themselves and for their sin and their ignorance.
