Leviticus 22:21

The man that offereth a victim of peace-offerings to the Lord, either paying his vows, or offering of his own accord, whether of beeves or of sheep, shall offer it without blemish, that it may be acceptable. There shall be no blemish in it.

But when thou offerest a holocaust or sacrifice of oxen, to fulfil thy vow or for victims of peace-offerings,

And shall make an offering to the Lord, for a holocaust, or a victim, paying your vows, or voluntarily offering gifts, or in your solemnities burning a sweet savour unto the Lord, of oxen or of sheep:

But if his oblation and the sacrifice of peace-offering be of the flock, whether he offer male or female, they shall be without blemish.

And if his oblation be a sacrifice of peace-offerings, and he will offer of the herd, whether male or female: he shall offer them without blemish before the Lord.

I vowed victims for prosperity, this day I have paid my vows.

Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation, and strengthen me with a perfect spirit.

And he made a vow, saying: If God shall be with me, and shall keep me in the way by which I walk, and shall give me bread to eat, and raiment to put on,

All both men and women with devout mind offered gifts, that the works might be done which the Lord had commanded by the hand of Moses. All the children of Israel dedicated voluntary offerings to the Lord.

If it be blind, or broken, or have a scar or blisters, or a scab, or a dry scurf: you shall not offer them to the Lord, nor burn any thing of them upon the Lord's altar.
