And he burnt the house of the Lord and the king's house and all the houses of Jerusalem: and every great house he burnt with fire.

And I will give all the substance of this city, and all its labour, and every precious thing thereof, and all the treasures of the kings of Juda will I give into the hands of their enemies: and they shall pillage them and take them away and carry them to Babylon.

Thy riches and thy treasures I will give unto spoil for nothing, because of all thy sins, even in all thy borders.

They have possessed thy holy people as nothing: our enemies have trodden down thy sanctuary.

The voice of them that flee and of them that have escaped out of the land of Babylon: to declare in Sion the revenge of the Lord our God, the revenge of his temple.

Because they would not meet you with bread and water in the way, when you came out of Egypt: and because they hired against thee Balaam, the son of Beor, from Mesopotamia in Syria, to curse thee.

And all the vessels of the house of the Lord, great and small, and the treasures of the temple and of the king and of the princes he carried away to Babylon.
