If I lie down to sleep, I shall say: When shall arise? And again I shall look for the evening, and shall be filled with sorrows even till darkness.

In the morning thou shalt say: Who will grant me evening? And at evening: Who will grant me morning? For the fearfulness of thy heart, wherewith thou shalt be terrified, and for those things which thou shalt see with thy eyes.

They have not been hidden from their children, in another generation. Declaring the praises of the Lord, and his powers, and his wonders which he hath done.

They have turned night into day: and after darkness I hope for light again.
