I have trodden the winepress alone: and of the Gentiles there is not a man with me. I have trampled on them in my indignation and have trodden them down in my wrath. And their blood is sprinkled upon my garments: and I have stained all my apparel.

And you shall tread down the wicked when they shall be ashes under the sole of your feet in the day that I do this, saith the Lord of hosts.

The Lord will destroy the house of the proud: and will strengthen the borders of the widow.

Prolong not the night that people may come up for them.

The Lord maketh poor and maketh rich: he humbleth and he exalteth.

And the God of peace crush Satan under your feet speedily. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

Because the day of the Lord of hosts shall be upon every one that is proud and highminded, and upon every one that is arrogant: and he shall be humbled.

And I will drive thee out from thy station, and depose thee from thy ministry.

The Lord of hosts hath designed it, to pull down the pride of all glory and bring to disgrace all the glorious ones of the earth.

We have heard the pride of Moab, he is exceeding proud: his haughtiness and his arrogancy and his pride and the loftiness of his heart.

Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving; and make a joyful noise to him with psalms.
