And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken. And immediately all the doors were opened, and the bands of all were loosed.

Then calling for a light, he went in, and trembling, fell down at the feet of Paul and Silas.

I have heard and my bowels were troubled: my lips trembled at the voice. Let rottenness enter into my bones, and swarm under me. That I may rest in the day of tribulation: that I may go up to our people that are girded.

Will not you then fear me? saith the Lord. And will you not repent at my presence? I have set the sand a bound for the sea, an everlasting ordinance which it shall not pass over. And the waves thereof shall toss themselves and shall not prevail: they shall swell, and shall not pass over it.

For in thy wrath we have fainted away: and are troubled in thy indignation.

Then the Lord answered Job out of a whirlwind, and said:

As for me, when I remember, I am afraid: and trembling taketh hold on my flesh.

Fear seized upon me, and trembling: and all my bones were affrighted.

And now the third day was come, and the morning appeared: and, behold, thunders began to be heard, and lightning to flash, and a very thick cloud to cover the mount. And the noise of the trumpet sounded exceeding loud, and the people that was in the camp, feared.

To Dan also he said: Dan is a young lion: he shall flow plentifully from Basan.

He sheweth his friend concerning it, that it is his possession, and that he may come up to it.

Hear ye attentively the terror of his voice, and the sound that cometh out of his mouth.
