He hath put my feet in the stocks, he hath observed all my paths.

Thou hast put my feet in the stocks, and hast observed all my paths, and hast considered the steps of my feet:

Doth not he consider my ways, and number all my steps?

Who having received such a charge, thrust them into the inner prison, and made their feet fast in the stocks.

And Phassur struck Jeremias the prophet and put him in the stocks that were in the upper gate of Benjamin, in the house of the Lord.

And a fire was kindled in their congregation: the flame burned the wicked.

Thou indeed hast numbered my steps: but spare my sins.
