Their seed continueth before them: a multitude of kinsmen, and of children's children in their sight.

Children's children are the crown of old men: and the glory of children are their fathers.

And the Lord thundered from heaven, and the highest gave his voice: hail and coals of fire.

The offspring of his house shall be exposed: he shall be pulled down in the day of God's wrath.

His children shall be oppressed with want: and his hands shall render him his sorrow.

His seed shall not subsist, nor his offspring among his people, nor any remnants in his country.

Their houses are secure and peaceable: and the rod of God is not upon them.

My elect shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth in trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the Lord, and their posterity with them.
