The harp and the lyre and the timbrel and the pipe and wine are in your feasts: and the work of the Lord you regard not, nor do you consider the works of his hands.

And his brother's name was Jubal; he was the father of them that play upon the harp and the organs.

And, behold, joy and gladness, killing calves and slaying rams, eating flesh and drinking wine: Let us eat and drink; for to-morrow we shall die.

Why wouldst thou run away privately and not acquaint me, that I might have brought thee on the way with joy, and with songs, and with timbrels, and with harps?

Their little ones go out like a flock: and their children dance and play.

They spend their days in wealth, and in a moment they go down to hell.

Praise him with timbrel and choir: praise him with strings and organs.
