His harvest the hungry shall eat, and the armed man shall take him by violence; and the thirsty shall drink up his riches.

And while he also was yet speaking, there came another, and said: The Chaldeans made three troops, and have fallen upon the camels, and taken them. Moreover they have slain the servants with the sword. And I alone have escaped to tell thee.

And the Sabeans rushed in, and took all away, and slew the servants with the sword. And I alone have escaped to tell thee.

For he hath thrust his feet into a net, and walketh in its meshes.

A gin is hidden for him in the earth: and his trap upon the path.

The just shall correct me in mercy, and shall reprove me: but let not the oil of the sinner fatten my head. For my prayer also shall still be against the things with which they are well pleased:

I will rejoice in thy salvation: the Gentiles have stuck fast in the destruction which they have prepared. Their foot hath been taken in the very snare which they hid.

A snare shall entangle the wicked man when he sinneth: and the just shall praise and rejoice.
