And might deliver them, who through the fear of death were all their lifetime subject to servitude.

The wicked man shall be driven out in his wickedness: but the just hath hope in his death.

The expectation of the just is joy; but the hope of the wicked shall perish.

From the height of the day I shall fear: but I will trust in thee.

If the morning suddenly appear, it is to them the shadow of death: and they walk in darkness as if it were in light.

But the eyes of the wicked shall decay, and the way to escape shall fail them, and their hope the abomination of the soul.

His folly shall not please him: and his trust shall be like the spider's web.

The sound of dread is always in his ears: and when there is peace he always suspecteth treason.

The light shall be dark in his tabernacle: and the lamp that is over him shall be put out.

The sword is drawn out, and cometh forth from its scabbard, and glittereth in his bitterness: the terrible ones shall go and come upon him.

He hath built his house as a moth: and as a keeper he hath made a booth.
