The earth is moved at the noise of their fall: the cry of their voice is heard in the Red Sea.

I shook the nations with the sound of his fall, when I brought him down to hell with them that descend into the pit: and all the trees of pleasure, the choice and best in Libanus, all that were moistened with waters, were comforted in the lowest parts of the earth.

Now shall the ships be astonished in the day of thy terror: and the islands in the sea shall be troubled because no one cometh out of thee.

And I will make many people to be amazed at thee, and their kings shell be horribly afraid for thee, when my sword shall begin to fly upon their faces: and they shall be astonished on a sudden, every one for his own life, in the day of their ruin.

For the vineyard of the Lord of hosts is the house of Israel: and the man of Juda, his pleasant plant. And I looked that he should do judgment, and, behold, iniquity: and do justice, and behold a cry.

My heart shall cry to Moab, the bars thereof shall flee unto Segor, a heifer of three years old. For by the ascent of Luith they shall go up weeping: and in the way of Oronaim they shall lift up a cry of destruction.

But the Lord is the true God: he is the living God and the everlasting king. At his wrath the earth shall tremble, and the nations shall not be able to abide his threatening.

The nations have heard of thy disgrace and thy howling hath filled the land: for the strong hath stumbled against the strong, and both are fallen together.

And the land shall be in a commotion and shall be troubled: for the design of the Lord against Babylon shall awake, to make the land of Babylon desert and uninhabitable.

The noise of a cry from Babylon and great destruction from the land of the Chaldeans:

Thy fleets shall be troubled at the sound of the cry of thy pilots.

Behold, one shall come up as a lion from the swelling of the Jordan, against the strong and beautiful: for I will make him run suddenly upon her. And who shall be the chosen one whom I may appoint over her? For who is like to me and who shall abide me? And who is that shepherd that can withstand my countenance?
