And now I have declared it to you this day: and you have not obeyed the voice of the Lord your God with regard to all the things for which he hath sent me to you.

And thou shalt speak my words to them, if perhaps they will hear and forbear: for they provoke me to anger.

How I have kept back nothing that was profitable to you, but have preached it to you, and taught you publicly, and from house to house,

Son of man, I have made thee a watchman to the house of Israel: and thou shalt hear the word out of my mouth and shalt tell it them from me.

And when he shall hear the words of this oath, he should bless himself in his heart, saying: I shall have peace, and will walk on in the naughtiness of my heart; and the drunken may consume the thirsty.

And they went Into the land of Egypt: for they obeyed not the voice of the Lord. And they came as far as Taphnis.

And they come to thee, as if a people were coming in, and my people sit before thee: and hear thy words, and do them not: for they turn them into a song of their mouth, and their heart goeth after their covetousness.

And thou art to them as a musical song which is sung with a sweet and agreeable voice: and they hear thy words, and do them not.
