Arise, arise, put on strength, O thou arm of the Lord: arise as in the days of old, in the ancient generations. Hast not thou struck the proud one, and wounded the dragon?
And I saw another angel flying through the midst of heaven, having the eternal gospel, to preach unto them that sit upon the earth, and over every nation, and tribe, and tongue, and people:
And he said: It is a small thing that thou shouldst be my servant, to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to convert the dregs of Israel. Behold, I have given thee to be the light of the Gentiles, that thou mayst be my salvation even to the farthest part of the earth.
Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and magnify thy name? For thou only art holy: for all nations shall come, and shall adore in thy sight, because thy judgments are manifest.

Come forth out of Babylon, flee ye from the Chaldeans, declare it with the voice of joy: make this to be heard, and speak it out even to the ends of the earth. Say: The Lord hath redeemed his servant Jacob.
And he saw that there is not a man: and he stood astonished, because there is none to oppose himself. And his own arm brought salvation to him and his own justice supported him.
FOR Sion's sake I will not hold my peace, and for the sake of Jerusalem I will not rest till her just one come forth as brightness, and her saviour be lighted as a lamp.
I looked about, and there was none to help: I sought, and there was none to give aid. And my own arm hath saved for me: and my indignation itself hath helped me.
And he shall stand, and feed in the strength of the Lord, in the height of the name of the Lord his God: and they shall be converted, for now shall he be magnified even to the ends of the earth.
And the Lord shall make the glory of his voice to be heard, and shall shew the terror of his arm, in the threatening of wrath and the flame of devouring fire: he shall crush to pieces with whirlwind and hailstones.
