They shall not hunger, nor thirst: neither shall the heat nor the sun strike them. For he that is merciful to them shall be their shepherd, and at the fountains of waters he shall give them drink.
Because thou hast been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the whirlwind, a shadow from the heat. For the blast of the mighty is like a whirlwind beating against a wall.
All my bones shall say: Lord, who is like to thee? Who deliverest the poor from the hand of them that are stronger than he; the needy and the poor from them that strip him.
Then shalt thou be delighted in the Lord, and I will lift thee up above the high places of the earth and will feed thee with the inheritance of Jacob thy father. For the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.
And the Lord shall roar out of Sion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem: and the heavens and the earth shall be moved, and the Lord shall be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel.
Blessed are thou, Israel: Who is like to thee, O people, that art saved by the Lord? The shield of thy help, and the sword of thy glory. Thy enemies shall deny thee, and thou shalt tread upon their necks.
And the Lord will give you spare bread and short water: and will not cause thy teacher to flee away from thee any more and thy eyes shall see thy teacher.
