And it shall come to pass in that day that thou, O Tyre, shalt be forgotten, seventy years, according to the days of one king: but after seventy years there shall be unto Tyre as the song of a harlot.

And all the kings of Tyre and all the kings of Sidon: and the kings of the land of the islands that are beyond the sea.

Five are fallen, one is, and the other is not yet come: and when he is come, he must remain a short time.

And I will give her vinedressers out of the same place, and the valley of Achor for an opening of hope: and she shall sing there according to the days of her youth, and according to the days of her coming up out of the land of Egypt.

The foot of man shall not pass through it, neither shall the foot of beasts go through it: nor shall it be inhabited during forty years.

The ships of the sea were thy chief in thy merchandise: and thou wast replenished and glorified exceedingly in the heart of the sea.

For thus saith the Lord: When the seventy years shall begin to be accomplished in Babylon, I will visit you: and I will perform my good word in your favour, to bring you again to this place.

Take a harp, go about the city, thou harlot that hast been forgotten: sing well, sing many a song, that thou mayst be remembered.

And it shall come to pass after seventy years, that the Lord will visit Tyre and will bring her back again to her traffic: and she shall commit fornication again with all the kingdoms of the world upon the face of the earth.

Therefore, O harlot, hear the word of the Lord.
