NOW we that are stronger, ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves.

And we beseech you, brethren, rebuke the unquiet, comfort the feeble minded, support the weak, be patient towards all men.

A new commandment I give unto you: That you love one another, as I have loved you, that you also love one another.

And this commandment we have from God, that he, who loveth God, love also his brother.

If then you fulfil the royal law, according to the scriptures, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself; you do well.

This is my commandment, that you love one another, as I have loved you.

If thou see the ass of him that hateth thee lie underneath his burden, thou shalt not pass by, but shalt lift him up with him.

Who his own self bore our sins in his body upon the tree: that we, being dead to sins, should live to justice: by whose stripes you were healed.

That it might be fulfilled, which was spoken by the prophet Isaias, saying: He took our infirmities, and bore our diseases.

For every one shall bear his own burden.

To them that are under the law, as if I were under the law, (whereas myself was not under the law,) that I might gain them that were under the law. To them that were without the law, as if I were without the law, (whereas I was not without the law of God, but was in the law of Christ,) that I might gain them that were without the law.

For the law of the spirit of life, in Christ Jesus, hath delivered me from the law of sin and of death.

But he said: Woe to you lawyers also, because you load men with burdens which they cannot bear, and you yourselves touch not the packs with one of your fingers.

Is not this rather the fast that I have chosen? Loose the bands of wickedness, undo the bundles that oppress. Let them that are broken go free: and break asunder every burden.

I alone am not able to bear your business, and the charge of you and your differences.

But he that hath looked into the perfect law of liberty, and hath continued therein, not becoming a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work; this man shall be blessed in his deed.

So speak ye, and so do, as being to be judged by the law of liberty.

For it had been better for them not to have known the way of justice, than after they have known it, to turn back from that holy commandment which was delivered to them.

That you may be mindful of those words which I told you before from the holy prophets, and of your apostles, of the precepts of the Lord and Saviour.

And he said: If the Syrians be too strong for me, then thou shalt help me; but if the children of Ammon be too strong for thee, I will help thee.
