Then, after fourteen years, I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, taking Titus also with me.

But neither Titus, who was with me, being a Gentile, was compelled to be circumcised.

To Titus my beloved son, according to the common faith, grace and peace from God the Father, and from Christ Jesus our Savior.

Aristarchus, my fellow prisoner, saluteth you, and Mark, the cousin german of Barnabas, touching whom you have received commandments; if he come unto you, receive him:

And to his dissimulation the rest of the Jews consented, so that Barnabas also was led by them into that dissimulation.

Then, after three years, I went to Jerusalem, to see Peter, and I tarried with him fifteen days.

Either for Titus, who is my companion and fellow labourer towards you, or our brethren, the apostles of the churches, the glory of Christ.

And thanks be to God, who hath given the same carefulness for you in the heart of Titus.

The priest also of Jupiter that was before the city, bringing oxen and garlands before the gate, would have offered sacrifice with the people.

But the Jews stirred up religious and honourable women, and the chief men of the city, and raised persecution against Paul and Barnabas: and cast them out of their coasts.

And as they were ministering to the Lord, and fasting, the Holy Ghost said to them: Separate me Saul and Barnabas, for the work whereunto I have taken them.

And Barnabas and Saul returned from Jerusalem, having fulfilled their ministry, taking with them John, who was surnamed Mark.

Which also they did, sending it to the ancients, by the hands of Barnabas and Saul.

And Barnabas went to Tarsus to seek Saul: whom, when he had found, he brought to Antioch.

I had no rest in my spirit, because I found not Titus my brother; but bidding them farewell, I went into Macedonia.

And when they had known the grace that was given to me, James and Cephas and John, who seemed to be pillars, gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship: that we should go unto the Gentiles, and they unto the circumcision:
