And the hail and fire mixed with it drove on together: and it was of so great bigness, as never before was seen in the whole land of Egypt since that nation was founded.
And they shall fill thy houses, and the houses of thy servants, and of all the Egyptians: such a number as thy fathers have not seen, nor thy grandfathers, from the time they were first upon the earth, until this present day. And he turned himself away, and went forth from Pharao.
And Moses stretched forth his rod towards heaven: and the Lord sent thunder and hail, and lightning running along the ground. And the Lord rained hail upon the land of Egypt.
Behold, I will cause it to rain tomorrow at this same hour, an exceeding great hail: such as hath not been in Egypt from the day that it was founded, until this present time.
And the hail destroyed through all the land of Egypt all things that were in the fields, both man and beast: and the hail smote every herb of the field; and it broke every tree of the country.
Therefore thus saith the Lord God: Lo, I will cause a stormy wind to break forth in my indignation: and there shall be an overflowing shower in my anger, and great hailstones in my wrath to consume.
And the Lord shall make the glory of his voice to be heard, and shall shew the terror of his arm, in the threatening of wrath and the flame of devouring fire: he shall crush to pieces with whirlwind and hailstones.
And I saw, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, and a great cloud, and a fire infolding it! And brightness was about it, and out of the midst thereof, that is, out of the midst of the fire, as it were the resemblance of amber.
