And the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud: for the glory of the Lord had filled the house of the Lord.

And the lintels of the doors were moved at the voice of him that cried: and the house was filled with smoke.

Neither could the priests enter into the temple of the Lord; because the majesty of the Lord had filled the temple of the Lord.

And he commanded him, saying: Speak to Aaron thy brother, that he enter not at all into the sanctuary, which is within the veil before the propitiatory, with which the ark is covered, lest he die, (for I will appear in a cloud over the oracle)

And the temple was filled with smoke from the majesty of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.

And when Moses entered into the tabernacle of the covenant, to consult the oracle, he heard the voice of one speaking to him from the propitiatory, that was over the ark between the two cherubims: and from this place he spoke to him.

And it came to pass, when the priests were come out of the sanctuary, that a cloud filled the house of the Lord.

And the glory of the Lord was lifted up from above the cherub to the threshold of the house: and the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was filled with the brightness of the glory of the Lord.

And when Aaron spoke to all the assembly of the children of Israel, they looked towards the wilderness: and, behold, the glory of the Lord appeared in a cloud.

And there will I command the children of Israel: and the altar shall be sanctified by my glory.

Now on the day that the tabernacle was reared up, a cloud covered it. But from the evening there was over the tabernacle, as it were, the appearance of fire until the morning.

And the Lord will create, upon every place of mount Sion and where he is called upon, a cloud by day, and a smoke and the brightness of a flaming fire in the night: for over all the glory shall be a protection.

For thus saith the High and the Eminent that inhabiteth eternity. And his name is Holy, who dwelleth in the high and holy place and with a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble and to revive the heart of the contrite.

And the majesty of the Lord went into the temple by the way of the gate that looked to the east.
