And the temple was filled with smoke from the majesty of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.

Neither could the priests enter into the temple of the Lord; because the majesty of the Lord had filled the temple of the Lord.

And there will I command the children of Israel: and the altar shall be sanctified by my glory.

And now the morning watch was come, and, behold, the Lord, looking upon the Egyptian army through the pillar of fire and of the cloud, slew their host.

And he commanded him, saying: Speak to Aaron thy brother, that he enter not at all into the sanctuary, which is within the veil before the propitiatory, with which the ark is covered, lest he die, (for I will appear in a cloud over the oracle)

And when he was gone into the tabernacle of the covenant, the pillar of the cloud came down, and stood at the door: and he spoke with Moses.

And I heard a great voice from the throne, saying: Behold the tabernacle of God with men, and he will dwell with them. And they shall be his people; and God himself with them shall be their God.

The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the Lord of hosts.

For thus saith the Lord of hosts: Yet one little while, and I will move the heaven and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land.

And the lintels of the doors were moved at the voice of him that cried: and the house was filled with smoke.

So when they all sounded together, both with trumpets, and voice, and cymbals, and organs, and with divers kind of musical instruments, and lifted up their voice on high, the sound was heard afar off. So that when they began to praise the Lord, and to say: Give glory to the Lord for he is good, for his mercy endureth for ever, the house of God was filled with a cloud.

And they shall make me a sanctuary: and I will dwell in the midst of them.

Who are Israelites, to whom belongeth the adoption as of children, and the glory, and the testament, and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the promises:

And when Moses entered into the tabernacle of the covenant, to consult the oracle, he heard the voice of one speaking to him from the propitiatory, that was over the ark between the two cherubims: and from this place he spoke to him.

Whereas I have not dwelt in a house from the day that I brought the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt even to this day: but have walked in a tabernacle, and in a tent.

And the glory of the Lord was lifted up from above the cherub to the threshold of the house: and the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was filled with the brightness of the glory of the Lord.

And when Aaron spoke to all the assembly of the children of Israel, they looked towards the wilderness: and, behold, the glory of the Lord appeared in a cloud.

My heart hath said to thee: My face hath sought thee: thy face, O Lord, will I still seek.

For thus saith the High and the Eminent that inhabiteth eternity. And his name is Holy, who dwelleth in the high and holy place and with a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble and to revive the heart of the contrite.
