The holy vestments in the ministry, for Aaron the priest, and for his sons, that they may execute their office about the sacred things:

If any man had violet, and purple, and scarlet twice dyed, fine linen and goats' hair, rams' skins dyed red, and violet-coloured skins,

The vestments that are to be used in the ministry of the sanctuary: the vesture of Aaron the high priest, and of his sons, to do the office of priesthood to me.

Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holies, every year with the blood of others:

Neither by the blood of goats, or of calves, but by his own blood, entered once into the holies, having obtained eternal redemption.

This is the law of the house upon the top of the mountain: All its border round about is most holy: this then is the law of the house.

And when the priests shall have entered in, they shall not go out of the holy places into the outward court: but there they shall lay their vestments, wherein they minister, for they are holy: and they shall put on other garments, and so they shall go forth to the people.

Thy people, O Lord, they have brought low: and they have afflicted thy inheritance.

The vestments also, which the priests, to wit, Aaron and his sons, used in the sanctuary,

And thou shalt make the tabernacle in this manner: Thou shalt make ten curtains of fine twisted linen, and violet and purple, and scarlet twice dyed, diversified with embroidery.

Violet and purple, and scarlet twice dyed, and fine linen, and goats' hair,

And the sockets of the court as well round about as in the entry thereof, and the pins of the tabernacle and of the court round about.

And they shall take gold, and violet, and purple, and scarlet twice dyed, and fine linen.
