Thy nakedness shall be discovered and thy shame shall be seen: I will take vengeance, and no man shall resist me.

Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.

And pass away, O thou that dwellest in the Beautiful place, covered with thy shame: she went not forth that dwelleth in the confines: the House adjoining shall receive mourning from you, which stood by herself.

What fruit therefore had you then in those things, of which you are now ashamed? For the end of them is death.

Then standing in the gate of the camp, he said: If any man be on the Lord's side let him join with me. And all the sons of Levi gathered themselves together unto him.

And finding out a device he made two golden calves, and said to them: Go ye up no more to Jerusalem: Behold thy gods, O Israel, who brought thee out of the land of Egypt.

And the Lord shall give up Israel for the sins of Jeroboam, who hath sinned, and made Israel to sin.

When prophecy shall fail, the people shall be scattered abroad: but he that keepeth the law is blessed.

I will go therefore to the great men and I will speak to them: for they known the way of the Lord, the judgement of their God. And, behold, these have together broken the yoke more and have burst the bonds.
