And Moses, entering into the midst of the cloud, went up into the mountain: and he was there forty days, and forty nights.

And when Moses was gone up, a cloud covered the mount.

Moses rose up, and his minister Josue: and Moses going up into the mount of God,

For Jesus is not entered into the holies made with hands, the patterns of the true: but into heaven itself, that he may appear now in the presence of God for us.

Behold, one shall come up as a lion from the swelling of the Jordan, against the strong and beautiful: for I will make him run suddenly upon her. And who shall be the chosen one whom I may appoint over her? For who is like to me and who shall abide me? And who is that shepherd that can withstand my countenance?

And their leader shall be of themselves: and their prince shall come forth from the midst of them: and I will bring him near, and he shall come to me: for who is this that setteth his heart to approach to me, saith the Lord?

And speaking to Core and all the multitude, he said: In the morning the Lord will make known who belong to him, and the holy he will join to himself. And whom he shall choose, they shall approach to him.

And the people stood afar off. But Moses went to the dark cloud wherein God was.

And he said to Moses: Come up to the Lord, thou, and Aaron, Nadab, and Abiu, and seventy of the ancients of Israel And you shall adore afar off.

So Moses came and told the people all the words of the Lord, and all the judgments. And all the people answered with one voice: We will do all the words of the Lord, which he hath spoken.

And thou shalt appoint certain limits to the people round about, and thou shalt say to them: Take heed you go not up into the mount, and that ye touch not the borders thereof. Every one that toucheth the mount dying he shall die.
