If God ever did so as to go, and take to himself a nation out of the midst of nations by temptations, signs, and wonders, by fight, and a strong hand, and stretched-out arm, and horrible visions according to all the things that the Lord your God did for you in Egypt, before thy eyes.

And brought us out of Egypt with a strong hand, and a stretched-out arm, with great terror, with signs and wonders.

Remember that thou also didst serve in Egypt, and the Lord thy God brought thee out from thence with a strong hand, and a stretched out-arm. Therefore hath he commanded thee that thou shouldst observe the sabbath day.

Therefore say to the children of Israel: I am the Lord who will bring you out from the work prison of the Egyptians; and will deliver you from bondage, and redeem you with a high arm, and great judgments.

The exceeding great plagues, which thy eyes saw, and the signs and wonders, and the strong hand, and the stretched-out arm, with which the Lord thy God brought thee out. So will he do to all the people, whom thou fearest.

And hast brought forth thy people Israel out of the land of Egypt with signs and with wonders and with a strong hand and a stretched-out arm and with great terror.

Thou shalt say to him: We were bondmen of Pharao in Egypt, and the Lord brought us out of Egypt with a strong hand.

And Moses said to the people: Remember this day in which you came forth out of Egypt, and out of the house of bondage, for with a strong hand hath the Lord brought you forth out of this place: that you eat no leavened bread.

And all the mighty hand, and great miracles, which Moses did before all Israel.

But come, and I will send thee to Pharao, that thou mayst bring forth my people, the children of Israel out of Egypt.

Be you humbled therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in the time of visitation:

And Pharao's servants said to him: How long shall we endure this scandal? Let the men go to sacrifice to the Lord their God. Dost thou not see that Egypt is undone?

The great temptations, which thy eyes have seen, those mighty signs and wonders,

But I shall harden his heart, and shall multiply my signs and wonders in the land of Egypt.

And render to our neighbours sevenfold in their bosom: the reproach wherewith they have reproached thee, O Lord.

And he said to his people: Behold, the people of the children of Israel are numerous and stronger than we.

And the Lord delivered Israel on that day out of the hands of the Egyptians.

Who are thy people and thy inheritance, whom thou hast brought out by thy great strength, and in thy stretched-out arm.

Know this day the things that your children know not, who saw not the chastisements of the Lord your God: his great doings and strong hand, and stretched-out arm:

Blessed are thou, Israel: Who is like to thee, O people, that art saved by the Lord? The shield of thy help, and the sword of thy glory. Thy enemies shall deny thee, and thou shalt tread upon their necks.

The Lord is sweet and righteous: therefore he will give a law to sinners in the way.

Arise, arise, put on strength, O thou arm of the Lord: arise as in the days of old, in the ancient generations. Hast not thou struck the proud one, and wounded the dragon?

And I myself will fight against you with an outstretched hand, and with a strong arm, and in fury, and in indignation, and in great wrath.

And the Lord said to Moses: Stretch out they hand towards heaven: and may there be darkness upon the land of Egypt, so thick that it may be felt.

Who is like to thee, among the strong, O Lord? Who is like to thee, glorious in holiness, terrible and praiseworthy, doing wonders?

You have seen what I have done to the Egyptians, how I have carried you upon the wings of eagles, and have taken you to myself.

And how we cried to the Lord, and he heard us, and sent an angel, who hath brought us out of Egypt. Lo, we are now in the city of Cades, which is in the uttermost of thy borders:

The Lord God, who is your leader, himself will fight for you, as he did in Egypt in the sight of all.

He is thy praise, and thy God, that hath done for thee these great and terrible things, which thy eyes have seen.

And the children of Israel cried to the Lord. And he put darkness between you and the Egyptians, and brought the sea upon them, and covered them. Your eyes saw all that I did in Egypt: and you dwelt in the wilderness a long time:
