If you will not hear, and if you will not lay it to heart, to give glory to my name, saith the Lord of hosts: I will send poverty upon you, and will curse your blessings, yea I will curse them, because you have not laid it to heart.

For, behold, the Lord will come with fire, and his chariots are like a whirlwind: to render his wrath in indignation and his rebuke with flames of fire.

Thy children are cast forth, they have slept at the head of all the ways, as the wild ox that is snared: full of the indignation of the Lord, of the rebuke of thy God.

When you shall have transgressed the covenant of the Lord your God, which he hath made with you, and shall have served strange gods, and adored them. Then shall the indignation of the Lord rise up quickly and speedily against you: and you shall be taken away from this excellent land, which he hath delivered to you.

You shall perish among the Gentiles: and an enemy's land shall consume you.

Prohibiting us to speak to the Gentiles, that they may be saved, to fill up their sins always: for the wrath of God is come upon them to the end.

Just is my help from the Lord: who saveth the upright of heart.

Then Saul and all the people that were with him, shouted together, and they came to the place of the fight. And behold every man's sword was turned upon his neighbour; and there was a very great slaughter.

The Lord will send forth a blessing upon thy storehouses, and upon all the works of thy hands: and will bless thee in the land that thou shalt receive.

And I will pronounce my judgements against them, touching all their wickedness, who have forsaken me and have sacrificed to strange gods and have adored the work of their own hands.

Because they have forsaken me and have profaned this place and have sacrificed therein to strange gods, whom neither they nor their fathers knew, nor the kings of Juda. And they have filled this place with the blood of innocents.

But whithersoever they meant to go, the hand of the Lord was upon them, as he had said, and as he had sworn to them. And they were greatly distressed.

He is light upon the face of the water. Cursed be his portion on the earth. Let him not walk by the way of the vineyards.
