Send forward Zenas, the lawyer, and Apollo, with care, that nothing be wanting to them.

But these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollo, for your sakes; that in us you may learn, that one be not puffed up against the other for another, above that which is written.

And touching our brother Apollo, I give you to understand, that I much entreated him to come unto you with the breatheren: and indeed it was not his will at all to come at this time. But he will come when he shall have leisure.

And there the centurion finding a ship of Alexandria sailing into Italy, removed us into it.

And Moses was instructed in all the wisdom of the Egyptians; and he was mighty in his words and in his deeds.

To whom he said: What things? And they said: Concerning Jesus of Nazareth, who was a prophet, mighty in work and word before God and all the people;

He said unto them: Therefore every scribe instructed in the kingdom of heaven, is like to a man that is a householder, who bringeth forth out of his treasure new things and old.

The captain over fifty, and the honourable in countenance, and the counsellor, and the architect, and the skilful in eloquent speech.

Artaxerxes, king of kings, to Esdras the priest, the most learned scribe of the law of the God of heaven, greeting:

This Esdras went up from Babylon, and he was a ready scribe in the law of Moses, which the Lord God had given to Israel. And the king granted him all his request, according to the hand of the Lord his God upon him.

Moses said: I beseech thee, Lord, I am not eloquent from yesterday and the day before; and since thou hast spoken to thy servant, I have more impediment and slowness of tongue.

For with much vigour he convinced the Jews openly, shewing by the scriptures, that Jesus is the Christ.

And he came to Ephesus, and left them there. But he himself entering into the synagogue, disputed with the Jews.

But taking his leave, and saying: I will return to you again, God willing, he departed from Ephesus.

AND it came to pass, while Apollo was at Corinth, that Paul having passed through the upper coasts, came to Ephesus, and found certain disciples.
