And after they had spent some time there, they were let go with peace by the brethren, unto them that had sent them.

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, do I give unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid.

And the keeper of the prison, awaking out of his sleep, and seeing the doors of the prison open, drawing his sword, would have killed himself, supposing that the prisoners had been fled.

Moses went his way, and returned to Jethro his father-in-law and said to him: I will go and return to my brethren into Egypt, that I may see if they be yet alive. And Jethro said to him: Go in peace.

And when they had laid many stripes upon them, they cast them into prison, charging the gaoler to keep them diligently.

And when the day was come, the magistrates sent the serjeants, saying, Let those men go.
