As dying, and behold we live; as chastised, and not killed;

AND after the tumult was ceased, Paul calling to him the disciples, and exhorting them, took his leave, and set forward to go into Macedonia.

And they went out of the prison, and entered into the house of Lydia; and having seen the brethren, they comforted them, and departed.

They understanding it, fled to Lystra, and Derbe, cities of Lycaonia, and to the whole country round about, and were there preaching the gospel.

AND he came to Derbe and Lystra. And behold, there was a certain disciple there named Timothy, the son of a Jewish woman that believed; but his father was a Gentile.

But he beckoning to them with his hand to hold their peace, told how the Lord had brought him out of prison, and he said: Tell these things to James, and to the brethren. And going out, he went into another place.

And they conversed there in the church a whole year; and they taught a great multitude, so that at Antioch the disciples were first named Christians.

And when they had ordained to them priests in every church, and had prayed with fasting, they commended them to the Lord, in whom they believed.

And the disciples, every man according to his ability, purposed to send relief to the brethren who dwelt in Judea:
