Erastus remained at Corinth. And Trophimus I left sick at Miletus.
And there accompanied him Sopater the son of Pyrrhus, of Berea; and of the Thessalonians, Aristarchus, and Secundus, and Gaius of Derbe, and Timothy; and of Asia, Tychicus and Trophimus.
(For they had seen Trophimus the Ephesian in the city with him, whom they supposed that Paul had brought into the temple.)
And sending into Macedonia two of them that ministered to him, Timothy and Erastus, he himself remained for a time in Asia.
Caius, my host, and the whole church, saluteth you. Erastus, the treasurer of the city, saluteth you, and Quartus, a brother.
And sailing thence, the day following we came over against Chios; and the next day we arrived at Samos; and the day following we came to Miletus.
And sending from Miletus to Ephesus, he called the ancients of the church.
AFTER these things, departing from Athens, he came to Corinth.
And Crispus, the ruler of the synagogue, believed in the Lord, with all his house; and many of the Corinthians hearing, believed, and were baptized.
