And there are with them their two sons Achimaas the son of Sadoc, and Jonathan the son of Abiathar: and you shall send by them to me every thing that you shall hear.

And when he had passed, and stood still, Chusai appeared. And coming up he said: I bring good tidings, my lord; the king, for the Lord hath judged for thee this day from the hand of all that have risen up against thee.

One running post shall meet another and messenger shall meet messenger: to tell the king of Babylon that his city is taken from one end to the other:

And the king said to Sadoc the priest: O seer, return into the city in peace: and let Achimaas thy son, and Jonathan the son of Abiathar, your two sons, be with you.
