Yesterday thou camest, and to-day shalt thou be forced to go forth with us? But I shall go whither I am going: return thou, and take back thy brethren with thee. And the Lord will shew thee mercy, and truth, because thou hast shewn grace and fidelity.

Then David and his men, who were about six hundred, arose, and departing from Ceila, wandered up and down uncertain where they should stay. And it was told Saul that David was fled from Ceila, and had escaped: wherefore he forbore to go out.

And now the Lord surely will render you mercy and truth; and I also will requite you for this good turn, because you have done this thing.

For the law was given by Moses; grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.

And they shall move from sea to sea, and from the north to the east: they shall go about seeking the word of the Lord, and shall not find it.

They err that work evil: but mercy and truth prepare good things.

In God is my salvation and my glory: he is the God of my help, and my hope is in God.
