And the Lord sent against him the rovers of the Chaldees, and the rovers of Syria, and the rovers of Moab, and the rovers of the children of Ammon. And he sent them against Juda, to destroy it, according to the word of the Lord, which he had spoken by his servants the prophets.

And he sent to Josaphat king of Juda, saying: The king of Moab is revolted from me; come with me against him to battle. And he answered: I will come up. He that is mine is thine: my people, thy people: and my horses, thy horses.

After these things, it was told Joseph that his father was sick: and he set out to go to him, taking his two sons Manasses and Ephraim.

Your fathers, where are they? and the prophets, shall they live always?
