And Hiram sent him ships by the hands of his servants, and skilful mariners. And they went with Solomon's servants to Ophir: and they took thence four hundred and fifty talents of gold, and brought it to king Solomon.
For the king's navy, once in three years, went with the navy of Hiram by sea to Tharsis; and brought from thence gold, and silver, and elephants' teeth, and apes, and peacocks.
Send me also cedars, and fir-trees, and pine-trees from Libanus: for I know that thy servants are skilful in cutting timber in Libanus. And my servants shall be with thy servants,
And she gave to the king a hundred and twenty talents of gold, and spices in great abundance, and most precious stones. There were no such spices as these which the queen of Saba gave to king Solomon.
And the king made of the thyine-trees stairs in the house of the Lord, and in the king's house, and harps and psalteries for the singing men: never were there seen such trees in the land of Juda.
