And they brought out the king's son, and put the crown upon him, and the testimony, and gave him the law to hold in his hand. And they made him king: and Joiada the high priest and his sons anointed him. And they prayed for him, and said: God save the king.

And Samuel said to all the people: Surely you see him whom the Lord hath chosen, that there is none like him among all the people. And all the people cried and said: God save the king.
