And they went into the camp of Israel: but Israel rising up defeated Moab, who fled before them. And they being conquerors went and smote Moab.

And this is a small thing in the sight of the Lord. Moreover he will deliver also Moab into your hands.

So the enemies being slain with a great slaughter, and almost utterly consumed, they that were able to escape from Israel, entered into fenced cities.

And he smote them from Aroer till you come to Mennith, twenty cities, and as far as Abel, which is set with vineyards, with a very great slaughter. And the children of Ammon were humbled by the children of Israel.

And the war began again. And David went out and fought against the Philistines, and defeated them with a great slaughter: and they fled from his face.
