And all the strong men, seven thousand, and the artificers, and the smiths, a thousand, all that were valiant men and fit for war: and the king of Babylon led them captives into Babylon.

Now these are the children of the province, that went out of the captivity, which Nabuchodonosor king of Babylon had carried away to Babylon, and who returned to Jerusalem and Juda every man to his city;

And the princes of the people dwelt at Jerusalem: but the rest of the people cast lots, to take one part in ten to dwell in Jerusalem the holy city; and nine parts in the other cities.

The strong man and the man of war, the judge and the prophet, and the cunning man, and the ancient:

The cities of the south are shut up, and there is none to open them: all Juda is carried away captive with an entire captivity.
