If you don’t listen, and if you don’t take it to heart  to honour my name,’ says the Lord of Armies, ‘I will send a curse among you, and I will curse your blessings.  In fact, I have already begun to curse them because you are not taking it to heart.


Do not bring any detestable thing into your house, or you will be set apart for destruction like it. You are to abhor and detest it utterly because it is set apart for destruction.


The Righteous One  considers the house of the wicked; he brings the wicked to ruin.


The ark of the Lord remained in his house for three months, and the Lord blessed Obed-edom  and his whole family.

and a curse, if you do not obey the commands of the Lord your God and you turn aside from the path I command you today by following other gods you have not known.


But keep yourselves from the things set apart, or you will be set apart for destruction. If you  take any of those things, you will set apart the camp of Israel for destruction and make trouble for it.


They float  on the surface of the water. Their section of the land is cursed, so that they never go to their vineyards.


For it is a fire that consumes down to Abaddon; it would destroy my entire harvest.


Blessings are on the head of the righteous, but the mouth of the wicked conceals violence.


The house of the wicked will be destroyed, but the tent of the upright will flourish.


The house of the righteous has great wealth, but trouble accompanies the income of the wicked.
