Do nothing out of selfish ambition  or conceit,  but in humility  consider others as more important  than yourselves.


For such people are false apostles,  deceitful workers, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ.


For we are not proclaiming ourselves but Jesus Christ as Lord,  and ourselves as your servants for Jesus’s sake.

but we preach Christ crucified,  a stumbling block to the Jews and foolishness to the Gentiles.


But there were some of them, men from Cyprus and Cyrene, who came to Antioch and began speaking to the Greeks  also, proclaiming the good news about the Lord Jesus.


He sent the message to the Israelites, proclaiming the good news of peace through Jesus Christ #– #he is Lord of all.

Philip proceeded to tell him the good news about Jesus, beginning with that Scripture.


Every day in the temple, and in various homes, they continued teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Messiah.


Philip went down to a  city in Samaria and proclaimed the Messiah to them.


but wrath and anger to those who are self-seeking  and disobey the truth  while obeying unrighteousness.
