So they named that place Kibroth-hattaavah,  because there they buried the people who had craved the meat.


‘The Lord our God spoke to us at Horeb: “You have stayed at this mountain long enough.


The rabble  among them  had a strong craving  for other food. The Israelites wept again and said, ‘Who will feed us meat?


They set out from the mountain of the Lord on a three-day journey with the ark of the Lord’s covenant travelling ahead of them for those three days to seek a resting place for them.


They travelled from Kibroth-hattaavah and camped at Hazeroth.
