The shields of his   warriors are dyed red; the valiant men are dressed in scarlet. The fittings of the chariot flash like fire on the day of its battle preparations, and the spears are brandished.

Then another sign  appeared in heaven: There was a great fiery red dragon  having seven heads and ten horns,  and on its heads were seven crowns.


Then another horse went out, a fiery red one,  and its rider was allowed to take peace from the earth, so that people would slaughter one another. And a large sword was given to him.


Wail, cypress,  for the cedar has fallen; the glorious trees are destroyed! Wail, oaks of Bashan, for the stately forest has fallen!


The first chariot had chestnut  horses,  the second chariot black horses,


I looked out in the night and saw a man riding on a chestnut  horse.  He was standing among the myrtle trees in the valley.  Behind him were chestnut, brown, and white horses.


Even the cypresses and the cedars of Lebanon rejoice over you: ‘Since you have been laid low, no woodcutter has come against us.’


A quiver rattles at his side, along with a flashing spear and a javelin.


They will come against you with an assembly of peoples and with weapons, chariots, and  carts. They will set themselves against you on every side with large and small shields and helmets. I will delegate judgement to them, and they will judge you by their own standards.


For this is what the Lord God says: ‘See, I am about to bring King Nebuchadnezzar  of Babylon, king of kings,  against Tyre from the north with horses, chariots, cavalry, and a huge assembly of troops.


The crack of the whip and rumble of the wheel, galloping horse and jolting chariot!
