My dear brothers and sisters, understand this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to anger,

These preach out of love, knowing that I am appointed for the defence of the gospel;

How painful honest words can be! But what does your rebuke prove?

Is bland food eaten without salt? Is there flavour in an egg white?

Then Job answered:

So how can you offer me such futile comfort? Your answers are deceptive.
