When these diseased men came to the edge of the camp, they went into a tent to eat and drink. Then they picked up the silver, gold, and clothing and went off and hid them. They came back and entered another tent, picked things up, and hid them.


Instead, God has chosen  what is foolish in the world to shame the wise, and God has chosen what is weak in the world to shame the strong.


On the third day, they threw the ship’s tackle overboard with their own hands.


For the majestic one, our  Lord, will be there, a place of rivers and broad streams where ships that are rowed will not go, and majestic vessels will not pass.


Your spoil will be gathered as locusts are gathered; people will swarm over it like an infestation of locusts.

Then the people went out and plundered the Aramean camp.  It was then that seven litres of fine flour sold for ten grams of silver and fourteen litres of barley sold for ten grams of silver, according to the word of the Lord.
