But the magicians of Egypt did the same thing by their occult practices. So Pharaoh’s heart was hard, and he would not listen to them, as the Lord had said.


They piled them in countless heaps, and there was a terrible odour in the land.


Then the fishermen will mourn. All those who cast hooks into the Nile will lament, and those who spread nets on the water will give up.
