Then Moses took them from their hands and burned them on the altar with the burnt offering. This was an ordination offering for a pleasing aroma, a food offering to the Lord.


You are to offer the second lamb at twilight. Offer a grain offering and a drink offering with it, like the one in the morning, as a pleasing aroma, a food offering to the Lord.


Out of all the tribes of Israel, I chose your house  to be my priests, to offer sacrifices on my altar, to burn incense, and to wear an ephod in my presence.  I also gave your forefather’s family all the Israelite food offerings.


You must eat it in a holy place because it is your portion  and your sons’ from the food offerings to the Lord, for this is what I was commanded.

and put all of them in the hands of Aaron and his  sons and present them as a presentation offering before the Lord.


‘No grain offering that you present to the Lord is to be made with yeast, for you are not to burn  any yeast  or honey  as a food offering to the Lord.


Then Noah built an altar to the Lord. He took some of every kind of clean animal and every kind of clean bird and offered burnt offerings on the altar.
