You are my friends if you do what I command you.


For whoever keeps the entire law, and yet stumbles at one point, is guilty of breaking it all.


He said, ‘Rather, blessed are those who hear the word of God   and keep it.’


‘The Lord your God is commanding you this day to follow these statutes and ordinances. Follow them carefully with all your heart and all your soul.


be careful to follow all the statutes and ordinances I set before you today.


that he will elevate you to praise, fame, and glory above all the nations he has made, and that you will be a holy people  to the Lord your God as he promised.’


When you cross the Jordan into the land the Lord your God is giving you, set up large stones and cover them with plaster.


These are the words Moses spoke to all Israel across the Jordan in the wilderness,  in the Arabah  opposite Suph,  between Paran  and Tophel, Laban, Hazeroth,  and Di-zahab.


Carefully observe the commands of the Lord your God, the decrees and statutes he has commanded you.


‘So now in the sight of all Israel, the assembly of the Lord, and in the hearing of our God, observe and follow all the commands of the Lord your God so that you may possess this good land and leave it as an inheritance to your descendants for ever.
