Judas  (not Iscariot) said to him, ‘Lord, how is it you’re going to reveal yourself to us and not to the world? ’


Jesus came, took the bread, and gave it to them. He did the same with the fish.


He is the Spirit   of truth.   The world is unable to receive him because it doesn’t see him or know him. But you do know him, because he remains with you and will be   in you.


We ourselves are witnesses of everything he did in both the Judean country and in Jerusalem, and yet they killed him by hanging him on a tree.


and he appeared for many days to those who came up with him from Galilee to Jerusalem, who are now his witnesses to the people.

It was as he reclined at the table with them that he took the bread, blessed and broke  it, and gave it to them.


You are witnesses   of these things.


In a little while the world will no longer see me,   but you will see me.   Because I live, you will live   too.


You also will testify,   because you have been with me from the beginning.


While he was  with them, he commanded them not to leave Jerusalem, but to wait for the Father’s promise.  ‘Which,’ he said, ‘you have heard me speak about;
